You will be responsible for establishing and enhancing long-term customer relationships with a large number of assigned corporate accounts across a broad range of industry sectors. You will be expected to generate sales, but will also have the opportunity to influence product design, based on customer feedback. Depending on your results you will have the possibility to further develop your roles & responsibilities! As we will not have a specific US Representation Office, you will have to organize yourself your working environment. Salary will be strongly performance-based.

Job Description:

• Take responsibility for closing sales deals
• Generate customer interest in upgrading to new products and features
• Communicate customer requirements to Product Development
• Consult with customers via phone and email
• Keep accurate and up to date data in our CRM Tool
• Complete periodic proactive/consultative calls to client and partner base

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years business development experience (or similar) 
• Experience in sales in the information market
• Capable of independent work and follow-through
• Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills, exemplary customer service skills
• Good PC skills (Word, Powerpoint) 
• Capable of using Internet-based communication (ICQ, eMail etc)
• Good understanding of Internet technologies. Ideally experience with XML formats like RSS, Atom etc.
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
